The Spotted Cow project will preview at Montreal’s Just for Laughs comedy festival before it evolves onto other platforms.

Nancy Cartwright’s film and television production company Spotted Cow is looking to adapt 24 star Mary Lynn Rajskub’s one-woman show for TV or other mediums.

The project, produced by Cartwright, who is better known as the voice of Bart Simpson on the long-running TV show The Simpsons, will preview at Montreal’s Just for Laughs fest in July. 24 Hours With Mary Lynn Rajskub will then officially launch at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer before Spotted Cow produces a possible TV special.

“As we develop the stage play, we are not sure what the evolution of the show will be… For now, the development process is paramount to Nancy and myself, as well as the integrity of the overall show,” Rajskub told the Hollywood Reporter in a statement.
